4 star graded, environmentally friendly and Covid-19 safe

Each room has its own vibe and colours. We have three rooms upstairs and three rooms downstairs. The dining area and kitchen is upstairs (in case that’s important to you), and the downstairs has – well no stairs, so is easily accessible from the car park and each has their own private entrance. Some of our rooms have King sized beds which can be converted into Twins (2 x single beds) if necessary. Oh, and two of our luxury rooms have ball and claw baths as well as showers.

Then there’s our Family Room, which is just a few meters away from the main guest house. This lovely retreat has one bedroom with a king sized bed, which again can be made up into two x singles, plus a fold out double sofa couch (for kids under 12yrs only), a sitting room, kitchen and en-suite.


In addition, we also have two self catering Budget rooms. for singles only. If you’re here to study or on a budget, then this is for you! They are both separate to the main building, are serviced daily, includes free Wifi and secure parking, as well as a buffet breakfast (cereal, yoghurt, fruit, toast, juices and tea/coffee). Each unit has a single bed, TV, toilet, shower, cupboard, desk, sink, microwave, portable stove, crockery and cutlery. However there is a minimum stay of 3 nights.
